I buy all of my favorite jeans, Levi's Superlow 518's, at Denim Express online.
I recently made another order at Denim Express, this time for Levi's Superlow 518 Capri jeans (which are absolutely the best looking and fitting I have found). Now it is time to evaluate Denim Express.
What is Denim Express?
Denim Express sells, well, denim. But that's not all. They have a wide selection of items from manufacturers such as Levi's, Lee, Wrangler, Polo, Calvin Klein, Dickies, Lei and many others. The site sells jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets and also sells Arrow dress shirts, Timberland boots, Wolverine shoes and boots, Harley Davison shoes, boots, and sandals, Nike running shoes, and NFL hats and caps. Recently added were handbags, belts and accessories from different manufacturers.
They sell men's, women's, junior's, and some kid's items.
I usually go there for the jeans. I know what fits, I know what I like, and I know Denim Express has what I want and at a price I can afford.
This is not a seconds or irregulars outlet. They sell all first quality brand name items. Their prices are very good but not always rock bottom. You can probably find certain things for cheaper if you search all over. I prefer to go to the site I know and trust and to get my items at warp speed.
Navigation
Navigation couldn't be easier. You click on the category or brand name down the left side of the site and then click on the link that takes you where you want to go (women's, men's, children's, etc.). Once inside, you get thumbnails of every product with a short description. A click on the small photo will take you to the info page where the photo will enlarge and the information you need is clearly printed for you. You choose your size, color preferences, and quantity, then click to add to your shopping cart.
Very simple, very efficient without any flash and fancy effects to slow you down.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping is free for any order over $50.00 at any time. It is minimal for orders under that amount. ($6.00 for UPS ground).
There is no sales tax on any order to anywhere in the US expect to Indiana. You will have to pay 6% tax if you have items shipped to Indiana.
Shipping is so fast that, as soon as I click on the button to order my items, they are at my doorstep — or so it seems. I have ordered late on a Wednesday night and received my order on Friday. For FREE!! I have never had to wait more than a few days to receive my orders and have never had a mixed up or botched order from Denim Express, and I have ordered from them at least 30 times over the course of a few years.
Returns, which I never have had to, do are accepted. If the items are worn or otherwise damaged when sent back, you are charged a 15% restocking fee, otherwise, you are credited or refunded the full purchase price. You must return your items within 30 days. Exchanges are accepted and handled the same way.
Denim Express accepts all major credit and debit cards, checks, and money orders.
My Experience
I love Denim Express. They have what I want in stock whenever I want it and, with no shipping (over $50) and no sales tax, I get a good deal every time I shop there. My favorite jeans are there but there are many other items I also like and regularly check to see what new stock has come in.
After I order, I get an immediate email reaffirming my order. I then get a notification that my items have been shipped out and am given a tracking number to track my package.
My order, in a sturdy poly blue and white Denim Express bag, is at my door within days. I have never waited more than about five days for an order and that includes weekends. I don't know how they do it but make darn sure your order is to you faster than any website I have ordered from. You can opt to pay for Second Day and Next Day air but, unless your order absolutely has to be there overnight or the next day, you shouldn't bother with the extra cost. If you have a few days to wait, your order will come.
I have had no problems whatsoever with navigation, ordering, quality of items, selection, or shipping. Every order I have made has gone as smooth as silk and that's why I go back time and again rather searching for a site that may have something I want for a few bucks cheaper. Add shipping, tax, and the hassles often incurred with some websites and it's just not worth me "saving" $3.00 on the purchase price at another site.
If you buy clothing and shoes online, it always helps to know how the item fits before you order. Although there are size charts on the site, your best bet is to know for sure what size you need from the manufacturer (Nike, for instance, runs small and, although I am a size 8 normally, I have to buy a half size or even a whole size larger when buying Nike running shoes. Because I know that, I wouldn't hesitate to order online.). Once you know how a style fits you, you're cant go wrong shopping at Denim Express. I have my eye on a pair of Harley sandals right now and I bet, before the night is through, I will have placed that order. Maybe the site is too darn easy and efficient!

Conclusion
I highly recommend Denim Express. Although there isn't a very huge selection, there is plenty to choose from in most categories and many manufacturers to pick from. The prices are good, the process of buying items is incredibly simple, and the speed that your items come to you is unreal. I can't think of a single con about this site. It gets a coveted five star rating from me and I don't give them out generously. Now, I am off to get those sandals...
