Blockbuster is serious about catching Netflix. The video store chain has been trying to convince film fans to subscribe to the Total Access package.
The biggest difference? Blockbuster subscribers can return their DVDs directly to the store and cut a big chunk out of return mail time, even with Netflix's big improvements in that area.
