My mom did a HUGE amount of her holiday shopping online this yearhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif and was pretty satisfied with the cost of shipping and a lot of the deals she found on shipping at sites like Old Navy, http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif, Urban Outfitters , and more.
However, when she ordered one of my gifts from Macy's she got a shipping cost of $17 on ONE item.
Pretty unhappy with the added cost, she wrote Marcy's, they apologized but offered her no deal or special offer for the future. Major bummer.
